My guildmate and I still do a 2 man UW run. It's not as easy as it used to. But still doable. We had to tweak our skills a little to make it work. I don't think the update took out farming. It just made it more challenging, and of course it made farming longer.

The chinese mo/w society have moved over to trolls outside droknars now, can see all the little monks called "love me much" and "large car" all running out onto talus chute.

Funny little people, cant understand why they wanna come to EU servers, they just stand in LA shouting "shou li coa, 20k ok?" nobody can understand em so they dont sell anythin.

People with 1.4 mil farm sigils. Its easy, get into a good group, win a lot of HoH, sell all your sigils, earn 100K in about 2hrs.

Augury roack griffons are still easy for warriors and it only takes another 20-30seconds per group i've found.

I've noticed a few monks still heading out there to farm so there must be a few people that have worked out new builds, I don't have a 55 monk but i can think of what skills i'd take so they don't run away.

I don't think it's a case of needing to change locations, more the build and play style.

Alright. There is no BEST place for farming. Actually, the best place for you is where you can actually do it. It does NOT take that long to go out and figure out things on your own, is it not? It does not take hours to hold down the left click button and drag a skill into your skill bar right? You do what you feel is best, to what you can work up to.

I'm not here to flame, but it's just kind of sad that people can't go around themselves to figure things out. All of you have a brain.

i farm the following places with my warrior/monk:

Trolls outside Henge of Denravi
Griffons & Minotaurs outside Augury Rock
Hydras outside Augery rock
Drakes outside Elona Reach
Avicara & Trolls & Tundra Giants outside Droknars
Avicara in Mineral Springs
Tundra Giants & Trolls in Iron Mines of Moladune mission
Trolls & Tundra Giants in Snakedance

I farm them all solo. Dont ask for the build. Its one that I designed out of desperation after the patch killed my old farmer build...and I must say, it rocks. I didnt used to be able to farm all those locations using a single build, but now I can...its called "Thinking outside the box"...everyone should try it once in a while.

It is my firm belief that nearly every character class is capable of solo-farming, if a little thought is put into it.

I can still do girffons with my monk. I actualy have 1 empty skill slot that im trying to find a skill for it. But they just take so long now. Gotta be patient since you cant round them all up at the same time

My favorite place to farm in groups is Fissure by far. It's fun to do with groups, and I almost always get either a shard or a nice chaos axe. I've never come away from a complete run empty handed.

only thing that is wrong here is that u guys say that oh its so easy and anyone should be able to figure it out! Well what if what we have tried doesnt work? or that u see something from a diff point of view that we do? maybe u guys have an idea of skills working with each other that others dont? my only thing is that why if u have figured somethingout wouldnt u share ur thoughts and idea on builds! Not a very "close community" if u ask me!!
